Description
Possible grades, structure, form and applications:
- Zinc coated (Z) Galvanized (GI) and Zinc-iron alloy coated (ZF) Galvannealed (GA) products available.
- Variable grades are available as per below table. (See Below Table 1)
- Coils, slitted coils or cut to length forms available
- Trimmed (cut edge) or Mill Edge
- Non-Skin Passed (bright) or Skin Passed (Matt or Bright) surface possible.
- Different Oiling amount (both surfaces) (See Below Table 2)
- Chemical Passivation options: Chromated with CR+3 (as standard) or CR+6 or Non-Chromated
- Surface Qualities: A, B and C surface qualities (accordance to EN10346) (See below Table 3)
- Coil inner diameter 508mm (20”) or 610 mm (24”) (+/- 20 mm) depending on request
- Spangles: Minimized or Zero Spangle (Min spangle close to Zero)

Table 3: Possible Surface Qualities | |
A surface: As coated surface | Imperfections such as dips, scratches, variations in surface appearance, dark spots, light passivation stains are permissible. Stretch levelling breaks or run-off marks may appear. |
B surface: Improved Surface | This surface quality is obtained by skin passing. Minor imperfections such as slight scratches, skin-pass marks, stretch levelling breaks, run-off marks, surface structure and light passivation stains are permissible |
C surface: Best quality surface | This surface quality is obtained by skin passing. The surface shall be of homogenic property to enable high-class paint finishing.
The reverse surface shall at least have the characteristics of surface quality B |
